• Directs Joint Force Collective Training for US Special Operations Command’s (USSOCOM) joint training and exercise program, designed to ensure the global operational readiness of 70K+ Special Operations personnel.
• Managed/executed a $70M USSOCOM enterprise-wide training and exercise program, essential to Special Operation’s Force (SOF) preparedness to support to Department of Defense directives.
• Directed Special Operations Support to 26 Geographic Combatant Command Joint Exercises and managed five Joint National Training Capability exercises.
• USSOCOM principal for the Joint Staff Training, Exercise, and Evaluation Program; secured over $27M in emergent funding for Special Operations Collective Training.

• Senior managed three flight training squadrons, two combat training detachments, two flight test/advanced capabilities squadrons, and one Air Force Special Operations school.
• Managed US Air Force Special Operations Command’s (AFSOC) annual training budget earmarked for the training and qualification of 1K+ SOF Airmen.
• Oversaw $75M in budget expenditures to support the AFSOC 12K+ flight hour training program.
• Shaped AFSOC’s light attack aircraft basing and fielding plan to ensure this Chief of Staff of the Air Force priority program remained on track for fielding.

• Oversaw a $5M test budget with a direct impact on $16B in AFSOC current & future acquisitions. Directed operational testing and evaluation of 311 aviation and battlefield airmen test programs. Led/planned daily.
• Optimized Office of the Secretary of Defense directed testing of CV-22 aircraft mission systems; informed Air Force acquisition of $890M in aircraft.
• Directed the 1st ever Department of Defense covert aircraft cyber test; this 14-month Office of the Secretary of Defense approved program set the standard for defense wide policy changes.
• Guided five multi-aircraft defensive system tests; rapid responses informed Air Force, Navy, and Army fielding and saved over $750K in test costs.

• Managed US Indo-Pacific Command’s warfighting exercise/training capability, to include joint, combined, and bilateral interoperability and theater security cooperation. Synchronized training objectives between.
• Directed a training and exercise working group during US - Australia defense talks, cementing interoperability and strengthening the relationship with this critical US ally.
• Led an Indo-Pacific Command contingency plan rehearsal; guided Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff scenario to solidify Department of Defense and theater response to a global crisis.
• Co-chaired the US - Indonesia Bilateral Defense Dialogue; coordinated 65 training events, meeting 100% of the Indo-Pacific Commander’s Theater Campaign Plan goal.
