I pride myself on driving results through close team management, as I did to help the RW brand cultivate loyalty and realize financial gains.
I pioneered the brand’s new business strategic development to drive revenue. One example was a partnership with the online and mobile software platform Training Peaks, which became the foundation of the RW Training Business. I did this while continuing to produce editorial content for Runner’s World magazine.
As Gear Editor I wrote six yearly Shoe Guides (40+ pages) and monthly gear sections (48+ pages). In this roll I also secured the services of an independent lab to mechanically test shoes, reinforcing the brand’s credibility with readers and the footwear industry and managed 400+ shoe wear-testers at three locations nationwide.
I was responsible for the accuracy of the editorial information in every issue.
