In addition, the CSD manages apx. 24 acres of street landscape, 44,000sf of community recreation facilities, and will soon manage over 2000 acres of private open space. The fiscal year 2009-2010 budget is approximately $7.7 million and the District has a full time staff of 46 park and recreation professionals and support staff in addition to over 150 part time and seasonal employees. The CSD also manages franchise contracts for cable television and solid waste collection.
