These activities typically include executing work-orders via ticketing queues in a fast-paced environment for Servers, NetDevices, SANs, Window OS Support, etc. Physical cabling, parts/component replacements, physical hardware troubleshooting. Levering a range of skills in support of incident management and change implementation for Microsoft’s online services physically deployed within the datacenter campus. Participation in inventory, spare, cable and related asset management, in sensitive internal High Business Impact (HBI) environments; to enable external compliance and regulatory audit preparation activities. This role provides installation and support of core infrastructure and foundational technologies such as Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype and the Microsoft Azure platform serving the Mountain West Region: Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
