Trained adults in methods of improving student performance and achievement, by increasing knowledge and usage of data analysis, behavioral management, technology-rich methodologies, and human relations. This was accomplished through the use of professional development sessions (generic and customized,) modelling, and administration training. Provided on-going evaluation and feedback with on-site employees and supervisors, as well as home office staff. Provided on-site project management as needed.

Managed instructional program which utilized proprietary data analysis and instructional software for New York City region. Provided mentoring and training for clients and their staff, as well as Kaplan staff, in methods of delivering and utilizing instructional programs through modelling, mentoring, and collaboration. This resulted in increased client/employee performance and expertise, as measured by increased client satisfaction and utilization of programs, renewals, and greater differentiation in instruction. By building capacity of client's employees, student achievement increased as demonstrated by year over year performance data for NYS examinations in English and History. Guaranteed fulfillment of all deliverables at all levels of the program, including supervising on-site Kaplan employees, determining client needs and developing/implementing solutions, resolving client issues, monitoring client/employee growth systems, relationships, scheduling, and logistics.

Performed on-site analysis to determine technology needs and employee skill sets. Utilized the results to develop learning programs that enabled staff and administrators to utilize technology in the classroom. Specific skills taught include proprietary programs, peer review procedures, Microsoft Office, and general computer usage at all levels.

Trained end-users in applications and procedures. Allocated IT resources, tested and procured software and hardware, controlled budget for IT department, coordinated on-site maintenance and installations, provided technical support, and performed emergency repairs. Developed and administered database system which permitted members of the educational community to access and react to individualize testing needs. Coordinated all logistical elements of NYS Regents for approximately 2500 students. Taught English/Regents classes, increased Regents success percentages.

Administered data for feeding and transportation entitlements for 2500 students, supervised professional and clerical staff for above. Developed procedures that improved attendance, targeted students in need of intervention and increased accountability. Trained staff to resolve issues, increase productivity and self-monitor their performance. Developed computer applications that made network data available on a school-wide basis. Reduced first-class mailing costs by 20 percent. Taught English/Regents classes, increased Regents success percentages.
