Current: Employee benefits compliance program -regional coordinator and investigator with the Los Angeles Regional Office of EBSA, US DOL. Process, organize, and manage regional office's Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program and Abandon Plan Program compliance programs. Provide technical assistance and conduct presentations to the employee benefits plan community. Prepare internal office newsletters to engage and inform staff. Train student interns and administrative staff in compliance program development and support. Participating in working group per invitation to assist with updates to online and other program materials, to enhance user understanding and increase ease of use of compliance program materials.
