I am responsible for all operational aspects of the global investment tax technology tools within ITS FSO. I am the operations leader for multiple tax subscription based services and manage people and processes critical to creating and distributing our client deliverables. This includes workflow management, team management, resource deployment and the creation and implementation of best practices. My core technical competencies include project management and execution, computer programing, change management, relationship/conflict management, and organizational effectiveness. We support around 300+ clients across all services. I have been instrumental in the building of additional services managing them from idea, through development, to final tool. One of our tools was selected as a regional winner of EYs Better Begins with You award for innovation. I have the highest standard with respect to ensuring quality around client communications and deliverables, receiving our “Making a Difference” award in 2017 for excellent client service. Our services are best in class. I also manage several individuals. The growth of my colleagues is very important to me so I make myself available at all times. Worked with a partner and senior manager to take over the firm's PFIC Analyzer service. Was responsible for all operational aspects of the service. Through the 10 years, helped to take the service from around $600k to $11m in revenue. Responsible for operational functions from receiving reports from clients, to ensuring deliverables go out on time and are of the utmost quality. This service is the best in class. This led to my becoming the operations leader for all of the services we now have (approx 10) bringing in around $30m in revenue. Please see above description for further support.

Joined the firm's subscription service team to support the GWTR (Global Withholding Tax Reporter) service. Responsible for content management, publishing alerts, and overseeing operational side of service. Started to work on new subscription service, PFIC Analyzer.

Rejoined EY as a content manager for ey.com and EYOnline writing and reviewing print/web-based content. Responsible for managing content across various service lines. Responsible for managing multiple team members and reviewing their content prior to publication. Wrote html code for both ey.com and EYOnline. Designed and developed business requirements for new technology applications. Identified and resolved major applications issues and recurring problems. Performed quality assurance measures through test development/execution and initial deployment. Developed processes and service level agreements for all areas in content production.

EYs Management Consulting division was moved to Capgemini. I continued to support "Ask Ernie".

Worked with two Partners and other team members to start up service for EY called "Ask Ernie" within our Management Consulting division. The service was being created to provide a way for our external clients to be able to ask EY any question they might have and "Ask Ernie" would route it to the appropriate subject matter expert to provide a response within a given SLA. I was responsible for creating, building and maintaining the SME team across the firm to support the various areas being supported by "Ask Ernie". Responsible for all operational management including building processes, working closely with technology for enhancements to the service, etc. This was a service ahead of its time.

Supported multiple Partners and Senior Mangers in our P&OD (Professional & Operational Development) Group. Moved from supporting multiple teams to working with just the Instructor-Led Training group. Scheduled trainers at external client sites as well as internal EY sites. Managed schedules of around 20 professional trainers. Worked directly with external clients to identify their training needs and set them up with the courses that would address those needs. Assisted trainers with creating and editing training documentation and manuals. Became main point of contact for anything instructor-led training related.

Supported 2 Vice Presidents. Assisted in the design and production of print client presentations with demanding deadlines. Assisted in compiling client presentations, often creating business graphics to reflect complex ideas and data presentation. Responsible for assisting with client proposals, RFPs and project deliverable visuals.
