In 2004, I joined the Mowrer-Cavada Wealth Management group located in the highest producing branch in midtown Manhattan. Shortly after starting employment at Smith Barney, I successfully passed the required Series 7 and Series 63 exams with a score of 85% on both. In a sales capacity, I established, cultivated, and managed relationships with individual and corporate clients. Through cold calling high net worth executives, I helped position the financial consultant team in front of $50 million of new assets. In 2005, I transition roles to the Bass Group in Chicago, where I assumed a managerial role by helping restructure a team of financial advisors.

Tom james is the world's largest manufacturer and retailer of custom clothing. My employment started at Tom James in 2003 directly after graduating from college from Texas State University. I joined the companies #1 performing branch in midtown Manhattan with little experience in the clothing industry and having never worked in New York City. While apprenticing under clothier Chris Cartisano, I was able to quickly learn how to develop and implement my own personal sales and business strategy. I successfully acquired new business through phone prospecting executives and following up on referral based leads. Facets of the job included visiting executives in their offices and properly measuring, fitting, and delivering custom made suits and apparel.
