Welcome to my page!My name is Weston, I am from Southern Oregon, and I graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Business Administration focused in Operations. I have experience with MRP, ERP, and TMS software, both simulated and actual, and have utilized tools like Excel solver, regression modeling, and time series forecasting to analyze data and optimize outcomes. In addition, having worked closely under a lean six sigma black belt, I have learned and demonstrated proficiency in a variety of project planning tools such as dashboards, team calendars, and A3s that I have used to supplement my skills in project management. My fluency with MS applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, helped me to quickly become one of the go-to developers of process documentation in my previous role. Utilizing my observations of opportunities for efficient improvement during my eight-week training experience, I helped trailblaze the transition of multiple proprietary software systems. I designed the standard processes, meticulously developed the standard work instructions, and instructed users on how to navigate the technologies, including the planning and scheduling of training two departments in one week, automating the vast majority of the training process. My proficiency in creating detailed work instructions and executing involved excel templates stems from a deep understanding of how to learn and convey complex information in an accessible manner, a skill that has proved useful in every project I have worked on. When leading a project, I make sure to provide a positive experience for every stakeholder to the extent that I am able in every project I collaborate on, whether that is recognizing the additional effort of a team member or checking in for correction opportunities or feedback after launch. I have learned to leverage my training in mediation as well as my experience in workplace conflict resolution to listen, understand, and communicate to make sure every contributor feels heard.
