As part of my job I manage and monitor all systems including SQL Servers, Exchange Servers, Active Directory Servers, DNS Servers, Oracle Servers, Web Servers, Terminal Servers, RightFax, Teleform (OCR) and VMware vCenter. These systems are located in the United States and France.I also manage and monitor backups of all servers using Backup Exec for the remaining physical servers and Veeam for the VMWare Virtual machines.I also provide remote support to users throughout the United States as well as England, France, Germany and the rest of the world as needed using Bomgar, LogMeIn and Webex as well as traditional phone and "sneaker" support.I work well with a team, but am also able to work independently to assure that tasks are completed well and on time.Recent projects include:-Migration of two Exchange Domains on Exchange 2003 to one Exchange Domain on Exchange 2010. -Consolidation of two Windows 2003 Active Directory Domains to one Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory Domain.
