As the manager for OCP Marketing's Call Center, I oversaw and maintained the proper operating procedures as well as the continued productivity of call center agents. I was required to be available and attentive to up to a dozen or more subordinates at one time--not only to assist them on calls and in closing, but to keep them aware of the effectiveness of their work for the company. The supervisory aspect of this position created a marked difference in my ability to accommodate more and more members of a team all at once.

Also corresponded with various media and state government workforce services in order to ensure that the company always had a generous influx of the appropriate candidates. Duties extended through the interview and hiring-on process.

As the Training Coordinator, responsibilities and duties included the development of the training material, curriculum, training schedule, and passing requirements for re-training and for new-hires prior to their being placed in the call center as an agent. Extensive, strategic understanding of the company's core values and objectives (obtained through my experiences in the Confirmations Dept) allowed me the insight into just how our main marketing force could most effectively and profitably benefit the company; a fact that made our re-focused training efforts a huge success.
