Manage service and enrollment needs with new and existing accounts. At E3 we help business owners and HR departments manage and recruit employees using technology and assist in creating an enrollment solution to educate their employees on new and existing benefits, to better protect themselves and their families.

• Manage a comprehensive recreation program that includes intramural sports, sport clubs, and outdoor recreation pursuits for a public university of 5,000 students • Direct and lead an intramural sport program consisting of 15 leagues, tournaments, and special events, with 300 teams and 3,200 participants annually• Advise 29 student-led sport clubs that consist of 600 student participants• Organize student led outdoor trips to local and regional destinations• Oversee a $50,000 intramural sport operating budget and allocate $62,000 to sport club teams to use for facility fees, league dues, and travel expenses• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise approximately 40 student employees including officials, supervisors, program assistants, and student directors

• Coordinate intramural sports programs including 1,100 teams in leagues, tournaments and special events and 11,000 participants annually• Recruit, hire, train and supervise approximately 150 student employees including interns, officials, supervisors, and assistants • Utilize web-based software ,www.imleagues.com, to manage intramural schedules and EMS for facility schedule management• Develop surveys to assess learning outcomes and program goals using Campuslabs • Supervise the training and development of new sport officials in the rules and mechanics of each sport; regularly observe on-the-job performance and provide feedback for improvement • Communicate and collaborate with vendors for sports equipment purchases and inventory control
