Current• Attended all required training sessions, staff meetings.• Assessed all staff's ongoing training needs, developed, and implemented training programs to address needs• Performed personnel administration including recruitment, hiring, firing, performance evaluation, performance improvement plans• Provided supervision, leadership, coaching and counseling.• Served as a role model and facilitated staff• Delivered an operations environment that meets all service level agreements, availability, response time parameters,) and availability targets• Conduct daily and month end reviews and audits of processes and transactions to ensure all are accurately recorded, reconciled, and properly deposited• Check that all monthly batch postings have been completed prior to the month end process• Address and resolve customer inquiries by contacting factories and internal departments• Coordinate delivered sales and labor invoices to make sure they are booked in the same fiscal period
