As the Retail & Office Manager I am entrusted to lead and direct all activities in the Zeal Store required to achieve all store goals and sales objectives, I am also responsible for building a highly motivated team and developing associates who are excited to promote the Zeal brand and products, while creating a compelling and meaningful customer experience for all visitors to the store by sharing our story, history, and core values of quality, craftsmanship and adventure!Additionally, I am the liaison with Marketing efforts and Brand Activation events, generating excitement, brand awareness and increasing product sales through promotions at Zeal events and Ambassador programs and providing support in office to our Marketing team.

• Travel to Zeal sponsored events to create brand awareness, excitement, and increase product sales through promotions. • Engage consumers in a professional manner, generating excitement for the product and the event.• Set-up, tear-down, inventory, and coordinate the booth and all promotional items at the events.• Coordinate, organize, and manage all events procedures.• Organize all details of the event to ensure success.• Troubleshoot and problem solve as issues arise at events. • Complete daily/weekly/month administrative tasks within SAP.• Work with Events Lead, agencies, vendors and Zeal Account Executives prior, during, and after events for on-site logistics and event procedures.• Coordinate and maintain inventory (billing and ordering) for sunglasses, goggles and promotional materials for assigned events.• Project a professional image to all customers while presenting company services and policies.• Work with Events Lead to set up communication/coordination with event staff and local reps.• Perform event recaps with detailed photos, post event wrap-up reports, using quantitative and qualitative measures.• Effectively utilize literature and promotional material supplied by the Company. • Support and assist with marketing projects as assigned by Events Lead and Marketing team.
