Managed claim resolution by 10 coordinators and approved yearly processing of $25MM in claims from major Northeast wholesaler, two major retailers, and numerous smaller regional retailers.Educated field brokers, regional sales managers, and team leaders on field promotional system and claim process in terms of minimizing claim liability.
