Responsible for meeting sales goals, repair turnaround time, shipping, receiving, phone sales, basic phone technical assistance, basic PC repair, new PC set ups, department trainings, completing daily service counter management report, branded payments, customer service, solving client issues, client satisfaction surveys and up selling. I was selected from a nationwide casting call and recently completed participating in Geek Squad NASCAR events which were held in Richmond VA, Darlington SC, Brooklyn MI, and Martinsville VA.

Manage monthly, weekly, and daily department activities including: business plans to meet aggressive sales goals in connections, accessories, services, branded payments and cross selling within the store to meet customer needs, partnering with fellow store managers and managers within the district to drive sales and proactively adapt the business to market needs, supervising the department and store while handling manager issues. Activities also include ad sets, merchandising, department functionality, department trainings, customer service, sales floor lead, and managing labor.

Manage monthly, weekly, and daily department activities including: business plans to meet inventory control and online fulfillment goals, ad sets, merchandising, store functionality, cycle counts, loss prevention, home deliveries, shipping, receiving, customer service and department trainings. Also included partnering with other stores to perform yearly inventories and audits. I was a winner of the 2010 Brad Anderson Stock option award which was provided to a select number of employees based on performance. While inventory supervisor the inventory and merchandising departments were consolidated. Through my performance I was selected to be supervisor under the new role. I was employee experience captain (employee and community involvement group). I was also a harvest graduate (leadership development class for supervisors seeking manager or district manager positions).
