I have over 25 years in the maintenance field. I hold The United States of America Journeyman Master mechanic Certification. I have been a supervisor of maintenance teams in a nuclear facility. In those years I have worked on specific directives in coordination with Plan of the Day program, planned outages, such as preventative maintenance, break downs, schedule shutdown repairs and special projects to upgrade efficiency.I have served as Firefighter and Captain in Hampton Volunteer fire department, also Firefighter and Lieutenant in the BWXT fire brigade where I have lead individuals through hostile work situations using incident command system. I served in the Tennesse State Guard 3rd regiment 3rd Battalion, 31B, MP /74D, CBRN, where I was taught chain of command and leadership skills from some of the best in our military branches. I hold or have held Certifications in High angle rescue, Hazmat Technician, Confined space rescue, CPR AED, first aid along with OSHA 10. I work well with teammates and leadership. I am well organized and can efficiently prioritize work and situations that need immediate attention. I have previous maintenance experience in a aluminum foundry.
