* Grew the manufacturing team from three to eight dedicated personnel, and developed key manufacturing systems to ensure scalability. These efforts resulted in an increase in the production of bioprinters from one to six units per month over a 12 month period.* Mentored the bioink manufacturing technician, leading to her promotion to a leadership role where she led a team of three and was responsible for the worldwide supply of bioinks to Inventia’s customers.

* Owned all electrical engineering at Inventia (including regulatory compliance) and directed contractors as required. The PCBAs and cables produced were used in Inventia’s bioprinter for the next three years.* Responsible for all tasks in the production cycle of Inventia’s bioprinters, including supply chain, assembly, quality control. During this period, Inventia manufactured its first bioprinters and sold them in Australia, Europe and the USA. Supply chain disruption during COVID-19 was also minimised.* Responsible for accounts receivable and reconciliation of purchase orders.

I have been responsible for market research and strategy at Greatwill, studying target markets and how to best connect with them. Following from this I have also been involved in the development and implementation of a subsidiary's website and social media strategy.
