Consults with university and college human resources partners, department administrators and hiring managers in areas of workforce planning, workforce operations, recruitment, talent management and employee engagement supporting UF strategic goals and the operational needs for over 5,000 employees

Provide guidance and technical expertise to University of Florida faculty and staff while strategically partnering with executive leaders, supervisors, managers and employees in an academic setting within the Health Science Center (HSC) to provide quality customer service for over 8,000 employees through consultation, guidance and coaching techniques.

Advised executive leadership on all HR matters and organizational strength while making recommending courses of actions that would affect the lives of those departing for deployment.

Collaborated with the Botswana Defense Force (BDF) to strengthen U.S. and Botswana military bilateral relations through several facets of Human Resource Management.

Accountable for effective oversight and execution of organizational EO policy, action plans, training, reporting, case intake, and daily guidance on discrimination factors.

Responsible for the daily administrative, financial, and customer support operations for over 40 executive level personnel and family members located in London and Cheltenham, England. Operated as a liaison between U.S. Army, U.S. Airforce, British and other Joint Forces with a headquarters co-located in Germany and Belgium.
