Experience working with Transact Campus solutions.Experience in a client technical support or service role.Experience deploying or supporting Point of Sale software solutions.Ability to learn and master new software solutions.Basic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel.Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.Strong time management skills.Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
