Over the last few years, I have been in the office setting fielding phone calls and email inquiries for many different services. Other responsibilities are drawing up proposals and invoicing for projects using Quikbooks, including arranging supplies and travel arrangements for out of state projects. Most of my background has been in management within the restaurant industry for over 20 years and believe I can transfer my experience and skills to this position. Over the years I have adapted superior customer service and fantastic attention to detail. I can effectively coordinate performance maintenance on equipment, recruit, interviewing and train prospective employees, scheduling, data entry in all Microsoft Office & Excel software and manage multiple deadlines. Some other qualities I possess are in payroll/cash management, Profit & Loss statement analysis, local marketing, and inventory control.
