Contributed to technical content through solution architecting for RFPs related to DevSecOps or adjacent markets (AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, Software Factories). Built new business relationships with small companies, both commercial and defense, to improve WINSTRAT. Included coordination of NDAs, teaming agreements and Parsons leadership (VPs). Designated a hiring manager and have assisted with interviews, job req creation and screening processes to help onboard new employees. PlatformOne Classified Operations - Demonstrated leadership for leading new DevSecOps (classified) processes and technical direction for the Platform One Classified Operations Team. Within the AFISR community, this team and environment is also known as Operational DevSecOps for ISR NextGen (ODIN). SpaceCAMP - Performed software development and technical leadership for the USAF/AFRL SpaceCAMP effort. Developed modern, web-based application for threat activity alerting and reporting, using AstroStandards algorithms, while demonstrating SpaceCAMP culture of eXtreme programming, test-driven development (TDD) and usage of an automated CI/CD DevOps pipeline to enable a Continuous-ATO (C-ATO) process for the National Space Defense Center (NSDC). Space C2 JEON - Provided system engineering and customer engagement support for the creation of a Software Integration Lab (SIL) in the Amazon GovCloud and C2S environment(s) on behalf of an AFRL customer. Onboarded over 250+ users while providing real-time IT support to over 200 VMs across 20+ BMC2 Space applications in addition to a full DevSecOps toolchain. Additionally, developed the official SIL User Guide and also presented SIL infrastructure and application status slides during Agile Sprint Reviews. Software engineering lead of the Software Tools and Frameworks branch within the GTRI's Sensors and Electromagnetic Applications Laboratory (SEAL) Sensor Software Architecture Program Office (S2APO). The software team (3 developers) was responsible for designing, developing and deploying a fire control unit (network) interface, mission manager service, system data file and other various support services in support of a multi-year, high profile Navy weapon system prototype effort. Performed software engineering for the design and development of pod controller application which included a TCP networking service, logging service, pilot interface, and mission data file (MDF) software for GTRI's NextGen Electronic Warfare (EW) jamming system (Angry Kitten).

Championed and lead an innovative approach for implementing a Multi-INT Common Operating Picture (COP) for NSA/CSS Colorado utilizing various streaming data feeds of SIGINT/IMINT and various knowledge databases from across the Intelligence Community (IC) to demonstrate object-based intelligence (OBI) concepts. This project quickly gained attention and was used by the National Security Operations Center (NSOC), 2 additional IC agencies, and received an award from the NSA Deputy Director. Supported Technical SIGINT Modernization (TSMOD) program of record with an investment of $500M over ten years. Developed and implemented several algorithms that supported efficiencies in technical analysis and intelligence production. Researched & developed advanced signal processing techniques for radar signal data including a signal waveform generator, radar waveform parameterization and statistical processing techniques, multi-INT correlation, fractional fourier transforms & wavelet applications. Performed in-depth analysis of radar waveforms and capabilities to support NSA intelligence reports and databases that were consumed by Intelligence Community (IC) agencies & Military Services in support of warfighter objectives. Multi-INT Experiment Director - Championed and managed a self-initiated experiment and proposal that involved integration of national and tactical sensor data, through data assessment, modeling and simulation activities, to improve customer support to advanced tactical platforms. By teaming with several Intelligence Community (IC) organizations and being sponsored by a direct customer, this innovative proposal, 1 of only 7 chosen out of 83, successfully procured $300K of funding from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The experiment continued pursuit for Non-Traditional Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (NTISR) capabilities including investment of over $10M dollars for a 5th-generation fighter program.
