Created the concept and coordinated the first annual New Mexico Prickly Pear Festival. Now in our 3rd year, this was the first in an annual series that seeks to celebrate everything prickly pear; food, art, music. The festival hosts vendors selling a vast variety of prickly pear products, cooking demonstrations showing visitors new and interesting ways to use prickly pear in their own kitchens, live music, and art.

The Forefront Fellowship is an annual professional fellowship dedicated to cultivating emerging leaders in urban design, development, policy, and advocacy. The 2021 Forefront Fellowship, Neighborhood Fare, explores how to foster food equity in every New York City neighborhood through the built environment.

Pitched, researched, and co-produced and co-wrote "Viva Brother Nagi" and "Operation Boulder" episodes for Kerning Cultures Podcast about the Yemeni farm worker organizer Nagi Daifallah and Arab-American Lawyer Abdeen Jabara the the large scale US inteligence gathering operation against Arabs and Arab Americans.
