Program Manager – USAF Common Low Observable Verification System (5/99 to 3/00) Managed this $20M program to develop a highly automated system to assess the stealth characteristics of B-2s, F-117s, and F-22s in the field from project initiation through Preliminary Design Review (PDR). Made extensive use of NetMeetings, teleconferences, and web-based technology to coordinate activities of Boeing personnel in St. Louis, MO and Seattle, WA; subcontractors in Ann Arbor, MI and Livermore, CA; and the USAF customer in Dayton, OH. During this period the program earned a 94% award fee from the contracting office.Proposal Manager – Boeing Common Low Observable Verification System (9/98 to 5/99) Managed the winning proposal for the $20M contract awarded 10 May 1999.
