Led cross-functional team to develop the product and all associated collateral and processes necessary for launch. Production to launch 2nd quarter 2004.Program Manager – Pathway Program (1/02 to 12/02)Lead the effort to develop and launch a neighborhood electric vehicle. Development completed in three months, from project initiation to full production. Worked closely with several federal and state government agencies to acquire certification of the vehicle for on-road use as a zero-emission vehicle.Program Manager – IQ Program (6/00 to 10/01)The IQ system is the world’s most advanced golf car, providing best in class performance and simplified fleet management. Beat cost target by more than 5%, increasing profit margins. ROI and sales volumes exceeded goals by more than a factor of two. Project completed on time and on budget.Program Manager – Pioneer Program (4/00 to 11/00)The Pioneer line marked Club Car’s entry into the consumer market. Made extensive use of NetMeetings, teleconferences, and web-based technology to coordinate activities of Boeing personnel in St. Louis, MO and Seattle, WA; subcontractors in Ann Arbor, MI and Livermore, CA; and the USAF customer in Dayton, OH. During this period the program earned a 94% award fee from the contracting office.Proposal Manager – Boeing Common Low Observable Verification System (9/98 to 5/99) Managed the winning proposal for the $20M contract awarded 10 May 1999. Shocked the stealth technology community by beating Lockheed and Northrop.Manager – Signature Measurement Technology (5/98 to 5/99), responsible for:1) Gray Butte Radar Cross-Section (RCS) Test Facility, Palmdale, CA 2) Near Field RCS Test Facility and Compact RCS Test Range, St. Louis, MO3) Oversight of Project A272 Contracted R&D Program4) Development and implementation of a Radar Cross-Section (RCS) Range Consolidation Plan that reduced overhead costs by $3M+ per year and avoided a $20M+ capital investment. Negotiated several agreements with the USAF and the Army Corps of Engineers that were necessary to implement the plan.Program Manager – Next Generation Pylon Program ($7.8M) (12/96 to 4/98)Program Manager – Raven Project (1/95 to 12/96) Managed $15M project to develop and demonstrate stealth technologies for the McDonnell Douglas Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) offering. The project culminated in the design, fabrication and test of a full-scale radar cross-section model.
