As a Revenue Account Manager with Historic Hotels of America my position is to maximize reservation and distribution channels and increases revenues for both the hotel and Historic Hotels of America with 52 hotel accounts. My active role of supporting the organizational goals through reservations-revenue analysis, new hotel implementation, hotel training, hotel business reviews and performance, and other key aspects of full member’s relationship. Supporting management as directed in member services, retention of existing members, and recruitment of new hotels.Support for fully branded hotels distribution via Historic Hotels of America’s Central Reservation System (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Internet Distribution Systems (IDS), Internet Booking Engine (IBE) and Direct Connections to Online Travel Agent (OTA) worldwide.

As the Senior Manager my role is a specialist for Preferred Hotel Group Central Reservation System and CRM system managing centralized implementations of the CRS and other PHG revenue and distribution management tools. My responsibility for assisting and managing new hotel implementation, reporting, training and targeted support services for approximately 60 - 90 hotels. My position works closely with the Data Services Department, Support for Global Revenue Account Management team, and IT/CRM/E-Commerce groups. Centralized Implementation Services manages and facilitates all implementation processes and provides issue resolution. Helping to maintain CRS branding hotels to maximize implementation efficiency and facilitate hotel participation in Preferred Hotel Group Marketing Programs, and distribution products, includes Online Travel Agency direct connects and distribution partner Sabre Hospitality Solution product SynXis CRS. As well as tracking implementation productivity and subscription/participation metrics.Delivers on standard communication plans ensure consistent and timely delivery to meet and exceed the expectation of member hotels, including, but not limited to regular webinars and/or written publications for segmented Preferred Services hotels including technology updates, CRS training and tips, and industry news and information. Knowledge of Revenue Management Tools and systems including, Global Distribution systems (Sabre, Galileo, Apollo, Worldspan and Amadeus), Property Management Systems, Online Travel Agency channel management extranet, Internet Distribution Systems and hotel industry business intelligence tools.
