• Advocated Sprint regulatory positions and legal arguments before state public utilities Commissions and courts in nine-state BellSouth region, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. • Extensive experience in oral advocacy supporting Sprint’s wireless, IXC, CLEC, ILEC, relay, inmate and payphone-related interests in proceedings before state regulatory Commissions, including oral argument, direct and cross-examination and closing statements.• Extensive experience in drafting pleadings, arbitration petitions and other petitions, briefs, discovery and correspondence advocating and supporting Sprint’s diverse interests. • Assisted in negotiating and drafting numerous wireless and wireline interconnection agreements, confidentiality agreements and other agreements in the nine-state BellSouth region and Puerto Rico. • Advised internal clients on a host of issues, including state Commission rules, regulatory compliance issues, legal interpretation of contracts and other documents, deregulation of wireless, interconnection, access to network elements, tariffing, jurisdictional issues, universal service, backbilling, and many others.
