Since I was young, I have always found a deep satisfaction in seeing other succeed. Over the years, I have loved cultivating deep and trusting relationships with people, not through fixing their problems, but through demonstrating genuine care and concern. I have learned that understanding and relating to peoples' feelings, needs, and challenges, is the first step to empowering their success. My career journey began as a detail-oriented geologist, honing my skills in simultaneously helping manage multi-million dollar projects. Adapting to change, I moved to Southeast Asia, mastering the local language and sharpening my customer success skills through onboarding and training over 300 clients, but this time in a different culture and language. Due to the challenges of Covid, I once again shifted gears, demonstrating my versatility and grit by bootstrapping a B2B coffee venture and achieving significant sales and MRR in the first year. Which brings us to my current role, where I simultaneously managing multiple client-facing projects for a large multi-site church in Austin, Texas.Most of my success however, stems from my commitment to put people first and build deep trust by providing personalized support, proactively addressing client needs, and continuously improving processes to exceed expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
