It Support Manager
Current- Provide IT support for a small, global business based both in the UK and overseas. User support covers more than 35 employees in 4 countries. Recently migrated from on premise to Office 365. Main duties include:
- Identify and repair common hardware and software problems on Windows desktops
- Deploy new and rebuild existing Windows desktops as required
- Asset management for the business
- Daily management of the servers (physical and virtual) including backups and file permissions
- Manage accounts through Active Directory
