Produced cost effective network plans to support national and international business requirements. Provided technical co-ordination and support to Project Managers and sponsors.Migrated a well know high street bank from BT to a CW IPVPN solution. Also upgraded the out-of-bound management network to a more scalable solution and brought the on going design team in-house from outsourced supplier.

INS was acquired by Cable & Wireless.Responsible for maintaining regional network nodes. Provided out of hours field support and maintained existing hardware and stock inventory. Developing and commissioning new Point of Presence site. Managing and coordinating network maintenance and expansion activities. Worked in the Network Operations Centre as second line technical support. I would also carry out network maintenance at customer sites and at UK and EU hosting sites. Other responsibilities included managing and maintaining the Wisper LIR (IP addressing) and domain registration.
