- Organize and coordinate scheduling and work allocation for Trackman student workers- Collect and analyze TrackMan data during Elon University's home baseball games- Utilize Trackman data to interpret, evaluate, and predict hitter and pitcher performance for Elon University's Baseball Team and their opponents- Use R (Statistical Programming Software) to create post-game pitching, hitting, and umpire reports- Use R to create scouting reports, including pitch arsenal information and hitter and pitcher tendencies- Created xwOBA model trained on all Division 1 data from the 2024 baseball season and applied it to pitcher and hitter reports as a "luck-blind" performance indicator.

In this position I analyze New Student Programs' social media data to best maximize our reach. Additionally, I create and circulate an office newsletter with event and information updates. In addition, I answer the phone lines and email correspondences.

Resident Assistant (RA) for the 2022-2023 Academic Year for Elon University. RA for Historic Neighborhood (Smith Residence Hall).Duties included nighttime walks of the neighborhood, community building, conflict mediation, programming, etc.

Data Intern for USA Baseball's Prospect Development Pipeline. Responsibilities include report creation for USA Baseball events, which includes data, performance scores, and graphics about an athlete's agility, strength, power, pitch metrics, and hitting metrics. Also will aid in the operation of some on-site events at USA Baseball's complex in Cary, as well as at East Coast Power in Cincinnati and the MLB Draft Combine in Phoenix.

The program is focused on developing skills in statistical and data science methodology and being able to apply these skills to a wide range of problems and contexts. Professional skills development is also emphasized.
