I am a people-centric leader with 13 years of experience and expertise in creating organizational strategies and analytical solutions that empower optimal people decisions. My passion lies in creating healthy, inclusive workplaces and high quality working lives through the power of people and collaboration.I completed my Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour at Queen’s University and is leading the People Insights and Strategy function at Payments Canada. I have led and participated in various talent and cultural assessment, training and development, and change projects for organizations and clients in finance, health care, education, airline, defense, and high-tech in public and private sectors, both globally and in Canada. I am passionate about seeing beyond the data to identify strategies and solutions that will raise the bar for all things people-related. My specialties include fostering high-performing and engaged employees, diverse and innovative teams, and inspiring and empowering leaders. I have been an invited guest lecturer/speaker at Concordia University, Queen's University, the University of Guelph, and the University of Ottawa. I am an avid Better Call Saul fan, collect fun hats, and love exploring food and restaurants wherever I go. I also enjoy needle felting, gardening, and learning about fashion, design, and sustainable life hacks.
