Implemented SaaS based e-billing platform for enterprise clients. Platform allowed vendors to submit invoices electronically. Once invoices were submitted, the billing data would flow in to customer's ERP system via integration. Responsibilities included platform customization based on business requirements, managing various data transfer protocols (SFTP/API) between Simple Legal platform and customers' ERP systems. Also was responsible for spearheading data migration from legacy systems. Due to the nature of the startup culture, wore many hats within the company. Utilized prior consulting experience for various internal projects:- Salesforce Architect and Administration: Built and implemented CRM platform for the internal team. Managed all aspects of the tool: Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote-to-Cash, and Quote-to-Projects. It is heavily utilized across the company. Employees use it to track customer data and account statuses. Management team uses it to retrieve analytical reports.- Product Management: Gathered customers' pain points and drove many product enhancement initiatives. Worked directly with Engineering team to design and architect the product. Responsibilities included Product architect, UX design, QA/UAT, and documentation.- Integration Process Development: Defined and documented a step-by-step integration process between Simple Legal and Customers' ERP system. The documentation is being utilized for new hire onboarding process.

Implemented various SQL based big data applications for pricing and inventory management solutions for generic drug products. Was involved in the full SDLC life cycle: Project planning, requirements gathering, QA, UAT, user adoption.- Pricing Analysis and Inventory Management Platform: Implemented a BI system that tracks sell/buy prices of the inventory. The tool consisted of hundred thousand data points and provided users with various analytic and forecasting reports.- The application was launched across 300+ sales employees, where they were allowed to make selections on the drugs that would be sold to each retailers.- The application was integrated with the clients' master database to feed/receive daily pricing updates via API- Coordinated with VP level employees to create analytical report that gives pipeline visibility based on KPI.- Maintained product backlog to lead a scrum team for a successful product delivery.
