I was born in and grew up in South New Jersey (the Stratford area, to be more specific). In 2018, I relocated up to North Jersey, to the town of Dover, in order to live with my partner. We bought a house together in Philadelphia in February of 2022, and moved there in March.I am gay and passionate about LGBTQ+ issues and awareness. Besides that, one of my biggest passions is music. When I started at Camden County College, I began studying music. I realized that wasn't a viable career option, so I moved to communications, with the goal of moving to journalism when I got to Rowan University. While studying journalism at Rowan, I realized that wasn't for me, but I rode it through and finished up to get my degree.As a worker, I've mainly worked in the realms of retail, customer service, and health care. I started at a CVS as a cashier while I was in college, and worked my way up to a supervisor position, until my store had an immediate need in the pharmacy. I then transferred to a pharmacy tech position. While at CVS, I had some regular customers that knew me by name and I was often complimented on my patience and kindness when dealing with even the most difficult of guests.I left CVS for a mobile heart-monitoring company called Rhythmedix. Rhythmedix ships out mobile heart monitors to patients and then monitors them to help find heart conditions. I worked in the shipping department, helping to clean, test, and send out equipment to patients.When I moved across the state to Dover, I stayed at Rhythmedix until I found a job closer to home. For six months, I commuted 100 miles (about two hours) each way to get to and from work. Eventually, I was hired at Target as a member of the inbound team.At Target, I worked as part of a team to help unload the daily deliveries, and then worked independently to stock shelves, assist customers, and do my part in helping keep the store clean.In the last couple months of 2021, I was brought in to Cohere Health on a temporary contract, with an opportunity to became permanent. Cohere was expanding to all 50 states and was looking to increase their workforce in preparation for an increased workflow. On every quality review I had, I met or exceeded expectations. My contracted end date was February 4th, but I was kept until February 11th. Business needs did not warrant keeping me permanently. Since then, I have been seeking employment.I love to see any project I am working on to the end. It's a bonus for me if I can see or feel the impact it has on the client. I strive for success.
