I am the Democracy and Campaigns Coordinator at the Students Union at Bournemouth University meaning I am the lead coordinator for all democratic events and campaigns for over 17,000 students. This extends from regular executive meetings to manage policy work to larger student focused meetings to represent their voices and provide accountability. This also includes working closely on the management of student elections and ensuring such is done in a democratic and complaint manner.Outside of work I often spend my time volunteering with local charities, currently presiding as a Vice President of the Poole Lions club as part of the larger Lions International. This role involves me managing fundraising activities and identifying and distributing funds to support local individuals.
