I’m a lazy workaholic looking for an office to keep away from nagging parents, excessive electricity bills and having to cook myself! Work is my escape from life and laziness gets me to find the quickest and easiest way to resolve any problem. I’m pretty-okay at designing stuff too.In the last three years I have gone from designing user interfaces for mobile apps (iOS, Android and Hybrid) to websites to a whole lot of social media marketing strategies and design thinking discovery sessions. Alongside, hiring new designers, bossing their designs around and bullying them until they start making pretty-okay designs themselves, just so that I could order in some food to skip that boring chicken at home, yeah! I have a flair for compositions and a knack for fonts, as much as that good typography gives me goose bumps! Oh, I have a Bachelor’s in Design from my state university – University of Karachi, which is supposed to be one of the biggest in Asia & all, I coincidentally got a 4.0 GPA for my thesis too! Some pretty-okay brands I have worked on include Cinnabon, UHU, Triumph, TCBY, Nine West.Apart from design I’m interested in psychology (you know Freud? That guy who’s pretty okay at psychoanalysis and stuff? He’s my favorite!), travelling the world, music festivals, photography and details in general. I spend off-days social working, helping poor clients, friends and family members design their logos, wedding cards and kids’ first birthday stuff. I hate people who use #hashtags as an excuse to form broken sentences and disguise improper grammar along with those who want to make the logo a bit bigger! All my earnings go to the ‘work-for-a-vacation’ cause. Hence, besides saving me from domestic labor, hiring me would be a noble deed!
