Responsibilities: • Team main model managing to maintain more than 15000 HVAC assets by coaching other team members, supervisors, technicians• Managing the contractors to deliver 100% services to the end user to operate the Airport• Coordinating with the clients/end-users and Facilities Management Department Subject Matter Experts and Managers all corrective and preventive maintenance works and services for all HVAC systems and related systems.• Managing and coordinating all outsourced vendors’ services with the relevant user/s and Facilities Management Department.• Conducting regular inspections and periodic audits on all HVAC Systems and infrastructures.• Registering and keeping records of all the utilities consumption and trends.• In charge of planning and projecting all the future demands and requirements as per requirements.• solutions for enhancing the life-cycle of all capital equipment.Achievements: Winning award of the better of the best in showing superior performance and values, in the second quarter 2017.1. Leading and coaching the HVAC Team, FM Maintenance Contractors, Designers, Construction Contractors, and other many Stakeholders to rectify all the construction defects in the following locations:• Central Utility Plants.• Aircraft Maintenance Hanger.• Midfield Buildings.• Cargo Facilities.• Catering Facility.2. One of the Quality Assurances Team members in charge of reviewing the Asset checklists for all HIA assets in order to implement these assets in the Oracle System.3. One of the Assurance team in the design of the third party templates to audit all HIA assets.4. One of the Quality Assurance Team in charge of carrying out the Asset Conditional Survey component through the Asset Management System.
