315 Yoga, LLC was founded by Michael Calogero in June 2017. Michael is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), a Certified Stoked Yogi Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Instructor, and a Licensed Broga® Yoga Instructor.
Yoga is a great way to incorporate active recovery and improve range of motion to complement an active lifestyle like CrossFit, Strongman Contests, Obstacle Course Races, Running, and many more.
Classes taught by Michael are geared towards beginners and Intermediate and allow for someone with no experience to practice alongside someone who may have been practicing for a few years by offering modifications while challenging Yogis to be the best version of themselves.
Michael offers classes on various days at various locations as well as Private Group and One on One sessions. He also is available to teach Yoga to businesses that want to bring a level of self care and wellness to their employees.
