Present Wisdom Yoga

We offer yoga and meditation to increase the health and happiness of others. Present Wisdom® provides live personalized online and in person classes where you connect with the teacher, other students and practice in community. We are a group of dedicated yoga and meditation instructors collaboratively serving Westchester NY and beyond. Together, we are excited to offer a diverse selection of classes for students of all levels. We love making yoga accessible for everyone and every body. We practice and teach a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin< Kripalu Chair and Restorative Yoga. Alka Kaminer is the founding yogi of the Present Wisdom.
