We are a group of dedicated yoga and meditation instructors collaboratively serving Westchester NY and beyond. Together, we are excited to offer a diverse selection of classes for students of all levels. We love making yoga accessible for everyone and every body.
We practice and teach a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin< Kripalu Chair and Restorative Yoga.
