Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in support services, from mentoring young people in alternative education and delivering youth programs to coaching adults in mental health and addiction recovery. Looking back, I realize I’ve been a coach and mentor all along—I just didn’t have the official title.
While training adults to become peer mentors in mental health and addiction recovery, I started noticing a common theme. Many challenges in wellbeing and recovery stemmed from struggles with ADHD or neurodivergent traits. Recognizing this gap inspired me to dive deeper into ADHD-specific coaching.
Since then, I’ve worked with clients on time management, setting healthy boundaries, and building effective communication—especially in work environments. I’ve seen firsthand how understanding ADHD-related focus and communication styles can transform performance, relationships, and self-confidence.
To deepen my skills and provide the best support, I recently completed ADHD Works Coaching training. Now, I’m excited to offer 1-to-1 and group coaching sessions designed to empower adults with ADHD to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
