Our business is divided into these segments: Direct sales representation to national chains in the Equipment Rental, Hardware Store, Home Center and Industrial/Commercial Supply industries: - Direct sales to the Merchants (buyers) at national chains in the U.S. and Canada - New product introduction and sales for the rental, retail and internet sales business segments - Program development for rental and retail - System set-up and maintenance for product changes - Support on conflict resolution for legal and accounts payable issues - Schedule and support manufacturer executive meetings with HD leadership Product consulting: - Product development or improvement for tools, equipment and accessories - Available for any or all phases including design development, trial and rollout - Focus on creating more durable, safer and cost effective/competitive products - Legal support on liability cases *Vendor resume available on request Vendor-to-Vendor liaison: - Pairing vendors to create product class completeness - Sourcing manufacturing for new product development - Vendor parts supply support through OEM distributors/packagers - Rental and manufacturer computer systems solutions - Service support pairing for vendors needing improved rental field support
