BlackFULLness

BlackFULLness is reducing stress in the Black community by reducing stress in Black women first. We are doing this in 3 ways: • With our culturally-relevant empirically-supported mindfulness app, developed in the Psychology Department at Spelman with a grant from National Institutes of Health. • With our 90-day guided gratitude Journal called GrateFULLness, that is the perfect companion to the app and connects us to the power of gratitude to support mindset shifts. • With online and live experiences centered around our app that provide practical, actionable resources and tools, to reduce stress and support our best Mental Health and Wellness.
