Our Aim: to improve the quality of clinical decisions and accelerate medical research.
The team lead by Prof. Ekaterini Chatzaki focuses on discovering biomarkers in human disease, the development of clinically relevant classifiers based on liquid biopsies and epigenetic signatures. We apply data-driven approaches and use extensively Artificial Intelligence to deliver validated solutions and produce knowledge. Key elements include autoML tools, minimally-invasive diagnostics and pharmacoepigenetics.
