Our new brand TAMIA is the renaissance of our family-owned company “Azienda Agricola Sergio Delle Monache” , founded in 1928. We are based in Vetralla, in the Province of Viterbo, the heart of Protected Designation of Origin Tuscia County. Delle Monache family produces High End Extra Virgin Olive Oil since the beginning of the 20th century. Tamia is an ancient Etruscan word meaning “home -made“, and with this brand we aspire to bring together the excellence of our products, made with patience, dedication, love, highest standards of production and quality of olives, with a modern and powerful marketing. What we believe puts us apart is the attention we give to every stage of the production chain, starting from the Cultivar selection, continuing with organic fertilizers, yearly pruning, the olive harvesting which we do by hand, the cold extraction without any water addition, to the storage in dark warehouses at constant temperatures.The bottling process in dark unique and limited-edition glass bottles is no less exceptional and neither are the thermic shipping boxes which we use. On top of that, we are proud to highlight that our Olive Oil has been granted several quality certificates (Biologic Agriculture and Tuscia Protected Designation of Origin). All the above and the ideal climate and soil at our fields, allows us to bring to the market superior Extra Virgin Olive Oils, from the organoleptic, health and traceability points of view.
