𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 aims to adopt a holistic, integrative design approach for the development and implementation of functional food packaging solutions that valorise waste/side streams from quinoa and aquacultural food production. These solutions will advance biointelligent packaging materials, meeting customer needs and market requirements in the EU and the Maghreb.
