SCALABLE is a EuroHPC project that will achieve the scaling to ununprecedented performance, scalability, and energy efficiency of an industrial LBM-based computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software.
SCALABLE will take the best of the possibilities of the public domain research code walBerla and the industrial CFD software LaBS, thus breaking the silos between the scientific computing world and physical flow modelling world to deliver improved efficiency and scalability for LaBS to be prepared for the upcoming European Exascale systems.
SCALABLE gathers eight partners at the heart of the excellence of the European HPC ecosystem: CS Group (coord.), Airbus, CERFACS, IT4I, Jülich Supercomputing Centre, Neovia Innovation, Renault and the Univeristy of Erlangen.
