TAG Restaurant Group (TRG) is a Denver-based restaurant collection founded by Chef Troy Guard. Beginning in 2009 with a continentally-charged restaurant located on Denver's historic Larimer Square, TRG has evolved into a culinary powerhouse, garnering local and national attention as well as many accolades along the way. TRG currently operates four concepts over eleven locations in the Denver metro area, and Houston: Los Chingones (four locations), Guard and Grace Denver and Houston, Bubu (three locations), and HashTAG (est. 2017). TAG Restaurant Group strives to shake up your typical dining by offering immersive culinary experiences deeply rooted in and inspired by Chef Troy's life and travels. They are crafted with genuine hospitality in mind and are never shy to produce bold, worldly flavors using local ingredients.
