Taste Canada celebrates Canadian-authored cookbooks by showcasing the diversity and richness of Canada's culinary landscape. By promoting traditional recipes, regional cuisines, and culinary narratives, Taste Canada is helping to preserve cultural heritage and encourage appreciation for Canadian food literature. As a registered not-for-profit organization, Taste Canada not only honours culinary literary excellence but also elevates it, inspiring food lovers to explore Canada’s rich and diverse flavours and culinary stories. Taste Canada hosts various events, including live cooking demos, reading series, and panel discussions, that create opportunities for learning and collaboration between authors, students, and the public.
