The Career Development Team

The Career Development Team (CDT) is a leading provider of comprehensive programs, products, and consulting services in the field of employee development, including career and performance development. CDT provides a full range of workshops for employees as well as coaching workshops for managers and supervisors. Programs can be led by CDT trainers, or by in-house trainers who have participated in a train-the-trainer certification process. In addition to workshops, CDT publishes materials and web applications used by employees in managing their development including a widely used, comprehensive career assessment tool (book, software and online versions), development guides, and coaching guides for managers. These materials may be purchased off-the-shelf or in customized versions. The web applications are accessible worldwide and may also be customized.
