i. women nano entrepreneurs and any micro and small enterprise engaged in cutting, tailoring and manufacturing of textile garments and other textile products
ii. Self Help Groups engaged in cutting and tailoring of textile garments and other textile products
iii. Industrial Cooperative Societies engaged in cutting and tailoring of textile garments and other textile products
iv. Producers organizations engaged in cutting and tailoring of textile garments and other textile products
3. Supporting through distributed aggregation centers which acts as spokes in the hub and spoke model of operation of the organization, to distribute any input required for manufacturing textile garments and other textile products and marketing and selling any output produced that is any textile garments and other textile products by the 4 categories as mentioned above.
