With 16+ years of experience in corporate law, I am the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the largest mortgage lender in the nation. I oversee all legal matters related to UWM's operations, governance, and transactions, working with a large team of talented attorneys and staff. I have extensive experience in corporate transactional work, having led the legal aspects of UWM's merger with Gores Holdings IV, Inc., resulting in UWM becoming a publicly traded company in 2021. Prior to joining UWM, I was the Senior Corporate Counsel at Rock Ventures LLC, where I supported the legal needs of its portfolio companies, including Rock Gaming, Bedrock, and StockX. I hold a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and a B.A. in Telecommunications from the same institution.
